As with the 60-Minute session, the 90-Minute session is a blend of various modalities to meet specific goals. This session is great for maintenance, post-injury, or a massage that is slower paced but meets all ongoing needs.
The modalities used within the 60 minutes will be directly related to the client's goals. The blend can be a mixture of Swedish, deep tissue, Myofascial release, passive and proprioceptive neuromuscular stretches. Great for ongoing maintena
A short and specific bodywork session that concentrates on a specific area of your body that is either chronically sore or for areas such as your calves/feet and your hands/forearms.
